Il mondo di Pagan, un tempo prospero e ricco di magia, è ormai caduto nel vuoto etereo, conquistato dalle oscure forze degli Shadowlords.
Nonostante una battaglia leggendaria combattuta tempo fa per salvare il mondo, la minaccia non è mai stata veramente sconfitta.
Il Professor Herbert, insieme al mago Mythrarian, ha chiuso i portali verso Pagan,
tentando di impedire che le forze oscure attraversassero il confine.
Ora, però, l’invasione di Doom e la comparsa del Dark Knight
hanno costretto Herbert e Mythran a creare un nuovo portale magico
che consenta a pochi prescelti di entrare nel mondo di Pagan,
ma senza permettere alle forze oscure di seguirli.
Il destino di Lord British, rimasto a combattere con Mondain,
riportato in vita dall’amante Minax, è incerto.
Ma una cosa è certa: il mondo di Pagan è in grave pericolo,
e la nostra missione sarà quella di scoprire cosa è successo a Lord British e, se possibile, salvarlo.

The world of Pagan, once prosperous and rich in magic, has now fallen into the ethereal void, conquered by the dark forces of the Shadowlords.
Despite a legendary battle fought long ago to save the world, the threat was never truly defeated.
Professor Herbert, along with the mage Mythrarian, closed the portals to Pagan,
trying to prevent the dark forces from crossing the boundary.
However, now the invasion of Doom and the appearance of the Dark Knight
have forced Herbert and Mythrarian to create a new magical portal,
allowing only a few chosen ones to enter the world of Pagan,
but without allowing the dark forces to follow them.
The fate of Lord British, who stayed behind to fight Mondain,
brought back to life by his lover Minax,
remains uncertain. But one thing is certain: the world of Pagan is in grave danger,
and our mission will be to discover what happened to Lord British and, if possible, save him.
